Ignatian Prayer: Meditation, Contemplation, Application of the senses

At the last meeting of the semester, architect and University of Miami alumnus Carlos Bravo reviewed with the students the various forms of Ignatian Prayer. He went over the differences between Meditation and Contemplation and introduced them to Master Ignatius' recommendation of the use of one's senses in Contemplation.

 

All in preparation for the Spiritual Exercises for the UM student group that will be directed by Father Christian Saenz, S.J. scheduled for next month at Casa Manresa.
