UCatholic ACU House Student Residence
The dream of having a student residence in Miami has become a reality. Last Saturday there was a dedication Mass to inaugurate a student residence near the University of Miami. Currently three Aspirants and one Postulant are living in community. Two are law students, the other two are undergrads: one pre-med, and the other a business major.
The dedication Mass was concelebrated by Congregant Father Eduardo Barrios, S.J. and newly-ordained Father Leo Siqueira, the new Catholic Chaplain of the University of Miami. There was also a ceremony to bless the house. In attendance were the student/residents, Nathan Bonet, the President of the ACU student group at the University of Miami, Justin Yglesias, one of the UM campus ministers, and members of the Miami Consejo.
