Remembering Fr. Felipe Rey de Castro | Classic ACU

This coming Saturday, February 12th the ACU will honor its founder, Fr. Felipe Rey de Castro, SJ (11/8/1889 - 2/12/1952) at the MiamiHouse's Guardia Sabatina and also at the Jesuit "Iglesia de Reina,” and at "Cementerio de Colón" in Havana, with an edited (30 mins.) days old dissertation by Fr. SERGIO FIGUEREDO, SJ, GESU CHURCH, on the Ignatian spirituality, exquisite formation and extraordinary humility of Fr. Rey de Castro.

The complete presentation, well worth the time for anyone interested, will be available on the ACU YouTube Chanel. We are also blessed to have preserved a homily of Fr. Amando Llorente, successor to Fr. Rey de Castro and restorer of the ACU outside of Cuba, honoring our founder. It is beautiful and included herein.
