Dedication of Our Lady of Belen Chapel

Belen Jesuit Preparatory School celebrates the completion of the Our Lady of Belen Chapel! The Chapel sits on the southeast corner of the property, right at the entrance, and is the first structure that greets all visitors, particularly the students. The Chapel can sit 600 individuals and will be the focal point of the faith life of the student body. This Sunday, May 1, 2022, during the month of Our Lady, the Chapel will be dedicated to Our Lady. The ceremony will commence at 2:00 p.m.

The Father Amando Llorente Foundation, S.J., Inc. awarded a total of $1 million in grants toward the construction of the Chapel. In gratitude for the grant award, a side altar dedicated to Blessed Miguel Pro bears a plaque commemorating this grant in the name of the Agrupacion Catolica Universitaria. It is one of 10 side altars in the Chapel. A delegation from the Agrupacion will be present at the dedication ceremony.
