Blockchain Lunch for Esto Vir Alumnus
Today, August 17, 2021, the ACU was pleased to host Esto Vir Alumnus, Juan Lam, for a blockchain lunch presentation. Juan is a 2018 Belen graduate and currently in his senior year at UF. Juan is a prolific reader and writer. He was awarded a UF Literary Prize for one of his short stories. He developed his own website, blogs frequently, and finished a summer internship with the Blockchain Acceleration Foundation. Juan has a knack for grasping complex concepts and has developed a keen understanding of blockchain and decentralized finance. You can read some of his thoughts here and here. Juan explained blockchain technology and how decentralized finance can be used to benefit communities.
